This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs what you may and may not do on the AktionFilmAi platform. It is incorporated by reference into the AktionFilmAi Terms of Service. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms of Service. In any conflict between this AUP and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service controls.
1. Purpose
AktionFilmAi exists to give filmmakers, storytellers, and creators access to professional-grade AI generation tools — for video, image, voice, and script — in a single creative environment. This AUP defines the rules that keep the platform usable, legal, and trustworthy for everyone on it.
The goal is not to restrict creative expression. It is to draw clear lines around the specific categories of use that cause real harm — to real people, to the legal viability of the platform, and to the creative community that depends on it.
2. Who This Applies To
This AUP applies to every person and entity that:
- Creates an account on aktionfilmai.com
- Accesses any Aktion service via API or third-party integration
- Uses any AI generation feature, including video, image, audio, or script generation
- Uploads, submits, or distributes any content through the platform
- Accesses the platform on behalf of a business, production company, or other organization
If you are using Aktion on behalf of an organization, you are accepting this AUP on behalf of that organization and representing that you have authority to do so.
3. Absolute Prohibitions
The following are hard limits. There are no exceptions, no satire carve-outs, no context that permits them. Violation results in immediate account termination, content preservation, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.
3.1 Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
You may not generate, upload, transmit, or distribute any content that sexually depicts, exploits, or endangers a minor, including AI-generated imagery that depicts minors in sexual contexts. This prohibition covers realistic and clearly fictional depictions alike. Aktion reports all confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline as required by 18 U.S.C. § 2258A.
3.2 Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery (NCII)
You may not generate, distribute, or use the platform to facilitate the creation of realistic intimate or sexual imagery depicting a real, identifiable person without that person's documented, freely given consent. This includes AI-generated deepfakes of real individuals in sexual or intimate contexts. Reports of NCII must be submitted at aktionfilmai.com/contact (NCII). Aktion processes verified NCII reports within 48 hours pursuant to the TAKE IT DOWN Act (effective May 19, 2026).
3.3 Content Targeting Minors for Harm
You may not use the platform to generate content designed to groom, exploit, or facilitate contact with a minor for harmful purposes, or to produce any content that normalizes sexual interest in minors.
4. Content Prohibitions
The following uses are prohibited. Unlike Section 3, context matters here — Aktion applies a reasonableness standard and considers whether claimed satire or artistic purpose is genuine. However, the default is prohibition and the burden is on the user to establish a legitimate purpose.
4.1 Non-Consensual Likeness Use
You may not generate content that realistically depicts a real, identifiable person — living or deceased — in any of the following contexts without documented consent:
- Sexually explicit or nude
- Committing a crime or act of violence presented as factual
- Making statements they did not make, presented as genuine
- Designed to damage reputation through false factual claims (defamation)
- Designed to harass, stalk, intimidate, or extort a specific individual
Exception: Clearly labeled satire or parody that a reasonable viewer would recognize as non-factual is permitted, subject to Section 6 of this AUP. The exception does not apply to sexual content, NCII, or targeted harassment regardless of satirical framing.
4.2 Violence-Inciting Content
You may not generate content that explicitly or implicitly calls on specific, identifiable persons or groups to commit imminent violent acts against specific real-world targets, where the call to action is presented as genuine advocacy rather than dramatic fiction, satire, or artistic commentary.
Fictional violence — combat sequences, war narratives, action films, villains, conflict — is not prohibited under this section. The prohibition is targeted at content that functions as a real-world call to violence against identifiable people or groups.
4.3 Harassment and Targeted Abuse
You may not use the platform to generate content that constitutes a pattern of targeted malicious conduct against an identifiable individual, including:
- Repeated generation of humiliating or threatening content targeting a specific person
- Impersonation for the purpose of causing distress or reputational harm
- Content designed to facilitate coordinated harassment campaigns
- Content designed to intimidate, threaten, or coerce a specific person
Single instances of unflattering, critical, or even harsh fictional depictions of real people do not constitute harassment under this policy. The prohibition targets patterns of targeted malicious use directed at a specific individual.
4.4 Election and Political Deepfakes
You may not generate realistic video, audio, or image content that falsely depicts a real candidate for public office making statements they did not make, in connection with a political campaign or election, in jurisdictions where such content is prohibited by applicable state election integrity law. At minimum, this includes states with active AI-generated political content disclosure laws (currently including California, Texas, Minnesota, Washington, and others — check aktionfilmai.com/legal/models for current list).
This prohibition does not apply to clearly satirical political content that no reasonable viewer would mistake for genuine statements by a real candidate.
4.5 Export-Controlled Content
You may not use the platform to generate technical data, schematics, designs, or instructions for weapons, military systems, or dual-use technology that is controlled under the U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR) or the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). This includes prompts designed to elicit controlled technical information through fictional or creative framing.
4.6 Intellectual Property Infringement
You may not use the platform to generate content that:
- Reproduces substantial portions of copyrighted works (scripts, books, song lyrics, film dialogue) without authorization
- Reproduces trademarks, logos, or brand identifiers in a manner likely to cause confusion
- Violates any person's right of publicity in a jurisdiction where that right is recognized
- Is specifically designed to circumvent copyright protection measures
4.7 Fraud, Impersonation, and Deception
You may not use the platform to:
- Impersonate AktionFilmAi, its employees, or its official communications
- Generate content designed to deceive users of other platforms into believing AI-generated content is authentic human-created content, in contexts where that deception causes harm
- Create fraudulent documents, credentials, identification, or official-seeming materials
- Generate content designed to facilitate financial fraud, phishing, or social engineering attacks
4.8 Sanctions Violations
You may not use the platform if you are located in, ordinarily resident in, or accessing the platform from a jurisdiction subject to U.S. OFAC comprehensive sanctions, including Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russia (as applicable), the Crimea region, and the Donetsk and Luhansk regions of Ukraine. You may not use the platform to generate content that facilitates evasion of applicable sanctions.
5. Platform and Technical Prohibitions
These prohibitions apply to how you access and use the platform, regardless of content:
5.1 Automated Access
You may not access the platform through automated means — bots, scrapers, crawlers, or automated scripts — except through Aktion's officially supported API with a valid API key and in compliance with Aktion's API Terms of Service. Automated access without authorization may violate the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (CFAA) and comparable state and international laws.
5.2 Circumvention of Safety Systems
You may not attempt to circumvent, disable, or defeat Aktion's automated content screening, safety filters, or moderation systems through any means, including:
- Adversarial prompting designed to elicit prohibited outputs
- Character or roleplay framing designed to bypass content restrictions
- Encoding or obfuscating prohibited content within prompts
- Systematic probing or testing of safety filter boundaries
Discovery of safety system vulnerabilities should be reported to aktionfilmai.com/contact (Safety), not exploited.
5.3 Platform Abuse
You may not:
- Create multiple accounts to circumvent a suspension or ban
- Sell, transfer, or share account access with third parties
- Attempt to exceed generation limits through technical manipulation
- Use the platform to generate content at scale for commercial resale without a valid commercial API agreement with Aktion
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract model weights, training data, or proprietary system components from the platform
5.4 Interference with Platform Integrity
You may not upload content to the platform (including prompt inputs, reference images, audio, or video) that:
- Contains malware, viruses, or malicious code
- Is designed to cause technical harm to Aktion's systems or other users
- Exceeds stated file size or format limits
6. The Satire and Artistic Expression Standard
Aktion is built for creative professionals. This AUP is not designed to chill legitimate creative work, including work that is uncomfortable, provocative, critical, or politically charged.
The standard Aktion applies to evaluate claimed artistic or satirical purpose is whether a reasonable viewer — not the most charitable viewer, not the most hostile — would recognize the content as non-factual creative expression rather than genuine harmful conduct. Where that standard is met, the AUP exception applies. Where it is not, the prohibition stands regardless of how the creator characterizes their intent.
The following never qualify for the satire/artistic exception, regardless of framing:
- CSAM (Section 3.1) — absolute prohibition, no exceptions
- NCII (Section 3.2) — absolute prohibition, no exceptions
- Content targeting minors for harm (Section 3.3) — absolute prohibition
- Genuine calls to imminent violence against specific real people (Section 4.2)
- Content generated for purposes of fraud or impersonation (Section 4.7)
The following may qualify for the satire/artistic exception when the reasonable viewer standard is met:
- Depictions of public figures in critical, unflattering, or exaggerated contexts
- Fictional violence, including graphic violence in a cinematic or narrative context
- Political commentary that uses the likeness of real public officials
- Content that references or parodies existing works
If you believe content you have generated is being incorrectly moderated under this AUP, you may submit a content appeal to aktionfilmai.com/contact (Appeal) with a brief description of the artistic or satirical purpose.
7. Enforcement
7.1 How Aktion Enforces This AUP
Aktion uses a combination of automated pre-generation screening and human moderation review to enforce this AUP. The automated system screens generation requests before processing. Human review is involved in consequential enforcement decisions including account suspension and permanent bans.
Aktion's moderation decisions are not subject to appeal for absolute prohibitions (Section 3). For all other enforcement actions, users may appeal to aktionfilmai.com/contact (Appeal) within 30 days of the enforcement action.
7.2 Enforcement Actions
Depending on severity and history, Aktion may take any of the following enforcement actions:
| Severity | Examples | Response |
|---|---|---|
| Critical | CSAM, NCII, targeting minors | Immediate permanent ban + content preservation + authority reporting |
| Severe | Coordinated harassment, deepfake fraud, sanctions violation | Immediate suspension pending review; permanent ban likely |
| Serious | Repeated IP infringement, circumvention of safety systems, repeated AUP violations | Suspension; permanent ban on repeat offense |
| Moderate | First-time AUP violation, unclear edge-case content | Warning; content removal; temporary feature restriction |
7.3 No Guarantee of Prior Notice
Aktion reserves the right to take enforcement action, including account termination, without prior notice where the violation is severe, ongoing, or where notice would undermine the effectiveness of the action (e.g., evidence preservation in CSAM or NCII cases).
For moderate violations and first-time offenses, Aktion will generally provide notice and an opportunity to appeal before taking permanent action.
7.4 Cooperation with Law Enforcement
Aktion will cooperate with valid legal process, including subpoenas, court orders, and emergency disclosure requests, in connection with violations of this AUP that may constitute criminal conduct. Aktion will preserve content and account data relevant to confirmed or suspected CSAM and NCII violations regardless of whether legal process has been served.
8. Reporting Violations
| What to Report | Where |
|---|---|
| NCII / deepfake intimate imagery | aktionfilmai.com/contact (NCII) (48-hour processing) |
| CSAM | aktionfilmai.com/contact (Safety) (immediate escalation) |
| General content policy violations | In-platform reporting tool or aktionfilmai.com/contact (Safety) |
| Copyright infringement (DMCA takedown) | aktionfilmai.com/legal/dmca |
| Content appeal (contesting a moderation decision) | aktionfilmai.com/contact (Appeal) |
| Security vulnerability / safety system issue | aktionfilmai.com/contact (Safety) |
Aktion does not retaliate against users who make good-faith reports of policy violations or safety concerns.
9. Changes to This AUP
Aktion may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes — meaning changes that expand prohibited categories, create new enforcement mechanisms, or restrict currently-permitted use cases — will be communicated via email notice at least 30 days before taking effect, consistent with the material change notification process described in the Terms of Service. Non-material changes (clarifications, formatting, updated contact information, adding to permitted use examples) may take effect immediately upon posting.
Current and past versions of this AUP are maintained at aktionfilmai.com/legal/acceptable-use. The version displayed there is always the operative version.
