HOW TO USE AKTIONFILMAI

Everything you need to know to create cinematic action sequences with AI.

Canvas — Node-Based Action Builder

  • Click the + button to add nodes (text-to-image, sketch, video, etc.)
  • Draw sketches and convert them to images using ControlNet modes (img2img, scribble, canny, openpose)
  • Connect nodes with reference wires (purple), sequence wires (blue), and audio wires (green)
  • Use the aspect ratio buttons on each node to switch between 16:9, 1:1, and 9:16
  • Upload your own images directly into any node
  • Use @mentions to reference saved characters in your prompts
  • Magic Prompt button enhances your prompts with AI
  • Each generation costs credits — check the credit cost shown on each node

Writer's Room

  • Script Editor — Write screenplays with auto-formatting (INT./EXT., character names, dialogue)
  • AI assistant chat panel helps improve, continue, or add action to your script
  • Characters — Create deep character profiles with archetypes, arcs, backstory, and relationships
  • Scenes — Organize scenes by act with beat tracking, location, and AI-generated choreography
  • Structure — Save the Cat beat sheet with content type templates (Short, Pilot, Festival, Blockbuster)
  • Storyboard — Convert scripts to visual storyboard frames, generate images and videos
  • Improv — Let AI play your characters and improvise dialogue in real time with voice and avatar support

Fight Presets

  • Browse 30+ cinematic fight move templates
  • Pick a preset, load your character reference, and generate
  • Presets include punches, kicks, blocks, takedowns, and more
  • We are working on a way for users to build and sell their own presets

Fight Builder

  • 3D mannequin viewer with two fighters (red = Fighter A, blue = Fighter B)
  • Keyboard shortcuts for posing: J=Punch, K=Kick, L=Block, and more — press ? in the viewer for full controls
  • WASD to move fighters, Space to jump, Tab to switch between A/B
  • Enter to stamp a new keyframe — build fight sequences frame by frame
  • Timeline at the bottom for frame management, playback, and export
  • Render conditioning video, then generate V2V output with AI

Action Hero Contest

  • Monthly themed competition (current theme: "Jungle Juice")
  • Entry fee: $5 first submission, $3 additional
  • Prize pool: 15% of pot goes to first place winner
