The only time your work appears in our marketing is if you've opted in — or if we see something we love and reach out to ask first. Accidents happen: if anything of yours ever shows up where it shouldn't, tell us and we'll take it down immediately.

Default for every account: training is off. You choose, per project, whether your outputs contribute to model improvement. We never flip the switch quietly. We never bury the toggle.
No surge pricing. No scarcity premiums. No "hot model" fees.
The price one user pays for a generation is the price every other user pays — same model, same day, same hour. We don't surge when a model is popular. We don't add a scarcity premium when a provider gets expensive. The price you see is the price for everyone.

We are committed to developing original stories, characters, and IP — and to bringing traditional filmmakers and AI filmmakers together. Our competitions, quests, and community will always reflect that mission: strengthening this platform, and the people who use it.
No contradictions between the marketing and the terms.
If the homepage says "uncensored," the terms can't quietly forbid it. If the homepage says "your work is yours," the EULA can't claim a non-exclusive worldwide license to commercialize. Our terms match what we say out front. When we find a gap, we fix the terms — not the homepage.
